Club Championships

And I’ll resend password to you.

The clubs A.G.M. will be held on the 5th September this year.  Members are encouraged to attend as it’s your chance to voice an opinion on anything to do with the club and also a new committee will be voted in.  This may result in no change but if anyone as the urge to stand for any position then this is the time.  Please let David King know if you want to stand.

Well Done WPB Juniors

In the Indoor Junior League we came 2nd in our division (division 6). We came out with a score of 5354 and only lost one match by 10 points against Cleve “B”. We were only 52 points behind the division champion, which was Cleve “B”.

Cheshire Junior Indoor shoot 17th Feb 2018

So proud of our junior boys. 
Niall won U18’s boys with 520
Nathaniel won U14’s boys with 500
Rhys came 2nd in U14’s with 497
Niall also won overall junior boy. 
Overall our boys finished 1st 2nd and 3rd out of all ages.
What made it extra special was the organisers saying how impressed they were with our boys.

Geoff Buchan

Geoff Buchan has been made a life member of winnington Park Bowmen,  He was one of the founding members back in 1957.

Commerbach Fete 25th June 2016

Thanks goes to the coaches and helpers that attended Commerbach fete.  Mark, Gill, Julia,Dave, Keith, Martin, Peter S and Peter G.The weather was mostly kind for the event and we had constant queue.

We made a substantial ammount towards our club funds and our fee was to give a place on a beginners course which was won by Jeff Hamman.

A massive hand clap goes to our youngest helper Miss Alice Phipps
